Eric has almost 40 years of business development, relationship management and marketing experience. Over half of his career has been focused on consulting and professional services – including working for two of the largest accounting and consulting firms in the world. Eric has generated millions of dollars in revenue serving companies in diverse industries, including manufacturing and distribution, healthcare, financial services, life sciences and technology.

In addition to his passion for business development, Eric devotes much of his time and energy mentoring and supporting youth. He was named Big Brother of the Year by Big Brothers Big Sisters of Central Maryland and, most recently, the Maryland Business Roundtable for Education named Eric the 2024 Joyce K. Smith Leadership in Community Engagement Partnership Award Winner.

Eric is a developer and co-developer of four patents and is also an avid runner having completed over 100 races of various distances, including thirteen marathons.
