Over his distinguished career, Jason has served as both a Human Resources and a Diversity, Equity and Inclusion executive in Fortune 500 companies. He is currently a Senior Advisor to the Harris for President campaign serving in the capacity of Head of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, collaborating with leaders at the White House, Democratic National Committee and various State Offices.
Jason is an advocate for the care, growth and development of people in the workplace, marketplace and communities. He has over 20 years of experience, driving Talent, HR & DEI efforts across various sectors and industries, including life sciences, defense, consulting, and manufacturing.
His career is marked by a proven track record of delivering results, like increasing diverse representation, improving employee engagement, and enhancing talent development. Along the way, Jason has developed expertise in leveraging data analytics and financial reporting to inform and support human resource decisions and strategies.
Jason holds a Bachelor of Liberal Arts & Sciences in Sociology from University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from The University of Texas at San Antonio.
He is a veteran of the US Army having served as both an Infantry and HR Officer, and has been a vocal advocate for improving mental health services for veterans and their families.
