Veronica Iniguez, a native of Argentina, began her education in the US in 2003. In 2005, she received a student excellence award that led to a full scholarship at Cornell University. Graduating in 2007 with a degree in industrial and labor relations, she started her career in the staffing industry, driven by a passion for helping individuals secure meaningful livelihoods and lead more self-actualizing lives.

Over her 16-year professional career, Veronica has guided many towards stable employment, enhanced staffing programs for various organizations, led teams, and provided valuable coaching and mentorship. She also mentors emerging female employees and individuals from diverse and untapped communities through an upskilling program for career readiness.

In 2022 Veronica relocated to the state of Florida as a staffing Regional Vice President for a globally renowned recruiting company where she collaborates with organizations to deploy teams and customized staffing programs to meet specific talent needs. These initiatives result in heightened retention and productivity, ensuring organizations have the right talent precisely when needed. Despite her short time in Florida, Veronica was a 2024 Business Woman of the Year honoree by the Tampa Bay Business Journal for her contributions to businesses and the community.

Veronica is deeply committed to diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace. She serves as the executive sponsor of her organization’s Latino BRG in the US, fostering an inclusive corporate culture.
